5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Upload or publish illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
Use the Platform to impersonate others.
Upload or submit third-party data unless you have the right or permission to do so.
Note: Public third-party information already visible on your social profiles may be processed as part of your portfolio, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Platform.

6. Public Portfolios and Resumes

Portfolios and resumes are public by default and may be indexed by search engines.
You may delete or make your portfolio or resume private at any time.
Resumes can be shared via direct links for job interviews, professional networking, and on social media platforms.
When you share your resume link, recipients will have access to all information contained in that resume.
Portfolio and resume visibility and data handling follow the rules described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Use of AI and Data Processing

By using Let's 0, you agree that:

AI tools may process public data from the social URLs you provide to generate portfolio and resume content.
AI-generated content is for guidance only and must be reviewed by you before sharing.
You are responsible for reviewing your resume content before sharing it with potential employers or on social media.
Data processing is handled in accordance with the Let's 0 Privacy Policy.

8. Subscription and Payments

If paid plans are offered:

You authorize recurring billing until canceled.
Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Payment information is securely processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Let's 0 does not store credit card numbers.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload.
Let's 0 retains all rights to the Platform's software, trademarks, and design.
You grant Let's 0 a non-exclusive license to host and display your portfolio and resume content for the purpose of operating the Platform.
When you share your resume, you grant recipients permission to view and download the content for professional evaluation purposes.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Let's 0 may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Data deletion requests and post-termination data handling are governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee accuracy, uninterrupted service, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Let's 0 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months, or $50 if no payment was made.

13. Indemnification
