Let's 0 – Privacy Policy

Last Updated: November 02, 2025

Introduction

Welcome to Let's 0, a multilingual SaaS platform (available in Spanish and English) that allows users to create professional web portfolios and resumes from their social media profiles. At Let's 0, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in a transparent and secure manner.

This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over your data. By using our platform, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this Policy.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time, so we recommend reviewing it periodically. If we make significant changes, we will announce them prominently (for example, through a notice on the website).

The date of last update will be clearly indicated. Your continued use of Let's 0 after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated Policy.

Information We Collect

We collect different types of personal data to provide and improve our services. This data includes:
  • Data you provide directly: When creating a portfolio, resume, or communicating with us, we may ask for personal information. For example, when completing our contact forms, we collect your name, email address, and the message or inquiry you send us. If you register on the platform (account creation), we may request contact information such as name and email, as well as access credentials. Additionally, to generate your portfolio or resume, you provide us with URLs of your professional social media profiles (for example, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), from which we will obtain information to build your content (such as your name, profile photo, work experience, education, skills, and other public data from your profile).
  • Data obtained from your social networks: With your consent, Let's 0 uses the URLs you provide to extract information from your public profiles on professional social networks. We use scraping tools (automated data extraction) and/or external APIs to obtain this professional profile data. We only collect information relevant to creating your portfolio or resume (for example, professional description, work history, skills, links, certifications, etc.), respecting the privacy settings of your source accounts. Please note: By providing us with URLs of your social networks, you authorize us to access that data and process it for generating your portfolio and/or resume.
  • Automatically collected data: When you browse our site, we may automatically collect technical and usage information. This includes data such as your device's IP address, browser type and version, language settings, operating system, access times, pages visited, and click paths. We also use cookies and tracking technologies to understand how you interact with the platform. For example, we may use cookies or similar technologies to analyze site usage and improve user experience. This technical and usage data helps us ensure proper service operation, maintain platform security, and perform statistical analyses on traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings if you prefer, although this may affect some service functionalities.
  • Analytics and marketing cookies: Let's 0 uses proprietary and third-party cookies for marketing, analysis, and user experience improvement purposes. In particular, analytics cookies allow us to collect statistical data about navigation (for example, which pages are most visited, how long users stay, interactions performed) to understand and optimize platform performance. Marketing cookies may be used to track users for advertising purposes; for example, we might enable cookies from advertising networks or social media pixels that collect information about your visits to offer you personalized or relevant ads later. These tracking technologies help us both improve the user experience (remembering your preferences, such as platform language, for example) and measure the effectiveness of our digital marketing campaigns. You will have the option to give informed consent for the use of non-essential cookies (through the cookie banner or other mechanisms), being able to reject or configure them according to your preference. For more details, consult our Cookie Policy (if applicable) or adjust your browser preferences.
  • How We Use Your Data

The personal data we collect is used for the following purposes:
    • Service provision: We use your data to generate and display your professional web portfolio and/or resume. This includes processing information from your social networks through our tools (including artificial intelligence services) to compile your portfolio and resume content, publish it on our platform, and allow you and other users to access it. Resumes can be shared for job interviews, professional networking, and social media platforms.
    • Personalization and experience improvement: Usage data and cookies help us understand how you interact with Let's 0, allowing us to optimize the interface, content, and functionalities to provide a more intuitive and personalized experience. For example, remembering your preferred language or presenting relevant content based on your profile.
    • Analytics and performance: We process aggregated and anonymous data to perform statistical analyses of our operations. This allows us to monitor metrics such as number of visitors, conversions, usage time, among others, with the goal of improving the service and making informed business decisions.
    • User communication: We will use your email or other contact information to respond to inquiries sent through the contact form, provide technical assistance, or inform you about important updates related to the platform or your account. We will only send you marketing communications (such as newsletters or promotions) if we have your prior explicit consent for it.
    • Marketing and advertising: With your consent, we may use your browsing data and third-party cookies for advertising purposes, such as showing personalized ads about Let's 0 on other websites or social networks. For example, we might use retargeting services or similar audiences on advertising platforms for users who have visited our page. You can opt out of these marketing activities at any time by adjusting cookie settings or sending us a request about it.
    • Security and legal compliance: Your data may also be used to maintain platform integrity and security, prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access, and ensure compliance with our Terms of Service and applicable laws. In case of legal requirements or disputes, we might process and retain certain information necessary to fulfill legal obligations, respond to court orders, or defend against claims.
In all cases, we ensure to limit the use of your data to those purposes we have informed you about and for which we have obtained legal basis (such as your consent, legitimate interest, or contractual necessity to provide the service). We will not use your data for new purposes incompatible with the original ones without informing you and, if legally required, obtaining your consent again.

    Legal Basis and Informed Consent

Let's 0 processes your personal data only when we have a legal basis for it, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (such as GDPR in the European Union, if relevant). The legal bases under which we process your data may be:
    • Informed consent: In most cases, we collect and use your personal data with your explicit consent. For example, we ask permission to extract data from your social media profiles and generate your portfolio, as well as for the use of analytics and marketing cookies. You have the right and control to grant or deny such consent in each case. When processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time (for example, you can delete your public portfolio or disable non-essential cookies), without affecting the legality of processing performed previously.
    • Contract execution: When you register and use the platform, a contractual relationship is established between you and Let's 0 (subject to our Terms of Service). To fulfill that contract—that is, to effectively offer you the portfolio creation and hosting service—we need to process certain data (such as information from your social profiles and your contact data). This processing is necessary to provide you with the service you have requested. If you do not provide us with this data, we cannot create the portfolio or manage your account.
    • Legitimate interest: We may also process some data based on our legitimate interests as a company, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms do not prevail over them. For example, it is in our legitimate interest to perform continuous platform improvement activities, ensure its security, prevent fraud, and send you service-related communications that are relevant (for example, notifications of platform changes or feature reminders). When we rely on this legal basis, we carefully evaluate that the data processing is proportionate and respects your privacy. You have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest (see Your Rights section below).
In all cases, we act transparently regarding the applicable legal bases. If in the future we use your data for purposes that require a different legal basis than the above, we will communicate this to you in a timely manner and, if necessary, request your consent.

Public Portfolios, Resumes and Social Media Content

One of the main features of Let's 0 is generating web portfolios and professional resumes from social media profiles. It's important that you understand how we handle this data and your content's privacy settings:
    • Public content by default: The portfolios and resumes you create on Let's 0 from your social networks are, by default, public content. This means that once generated, your portfolio or resume will be accessible to anyone who has its URL, and it might even be indexed by search engines. We adopt this default setting thinking that the service's objective is to maximize the visibility of your professional profile on the web and facilitate sharing during job interviews and on social media platforms. However, you have control over your content's visibility.
    • User control over content: You can edit your portfolio or resume content at any time through the editing tools we provide. You can also choose to delete your portfolio/resume or mark it as private if you prefer it not to be publicly accessible. In such case, the content will stop being visible to third parties shortly after you complete the deletion or deactivation action. Keep in mind that if your portfolio or resume had already been indexed by search engines or shared via direct links, those search results or shared links may take time to reflect the deletion or privacy change.
    • Content from social networks: All information we extract from your social media profiles to form the portfolio or resume is information you yourself have made public on those platforms (for example, publicly visible LinkedIn data). Let's 0 does not access private information from your accounts, nor obtains more than what a visitor could see on your standard public profile. However, we recognize that by collecting and presenting it in your portfolio or resume, this information comes under our custody. We commit to using that data only for portfolio and resume purposes and not modifying it (except to format or summarize it when appropriate) without your direction. You can additionally add or edit information in your portfolio or resume manually; any additional data you provide or modify will also be governed by this Privacy Policy.
    • Sharing resumes: Resumes created on Let's 0 are designed to be easily shared during job interview processes, with potential employers, on professional social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), and in networking contexts. When you share your resume link, you understand that recipients will have access to all information contained in that resume. We recommend reviewing your resume content before sharing it and being mindful of your privacy settings.
    • Content retention: We will maintain your portfolio and resume information on our platform while you wish to keep the service active. If you decide to delete your portfolio, resume, or close your account, we will delete or anonymize that data in our systems (subject to backups retained for a limited period and to the Data Retention section below).
Remember that it is your responsibility to ensure you have the right to share with us the information from your social profiles. If your source profile contains third-party information (for example, recommendations from other people, photographs with colleagues, etc.), integrating it into your portfolio or resume could involve processing data from those third parties. In such cases, we understand that you have the necessary authorization or legitimacy for its publication. However, if anyone wishes their personal information to be removed from any portfolio or resume, they can contact us and we will address the request as appropriate.

    Contact Forms and Communications

Our platform includes contact forms through which users (or visitors) can send us inquiries, comments, or request assistance. If you complete a contact form on Let's 0, we will collect the data you provide us, typically: name, email, and the message or subject you want to communicate to us. This data will be used exclusively for the following purposes:
    • Responding to your request: We will use your email address and/or other contact data provided to communicate with you and respond to your inquiry or support request.
    • Internal follow-up: We may keep an internal record of inquiries received through the contact form to ensure we have given them adequate follow-up and to improve our customer service. For example, we might review these inquiries to identify frequent user problems or improve our FAQs.
    • No unsolicited marketing: Unless you expressly request it, we will not use the information you provide us in a contact message to send you advertising or newsletters. Writing to us through this form does not automatically subscribe you to any promotional mailing list. You would only receive emails from us beyond your specific response if you have voluntarily subscribed to some commercial communication.
All contact form data is treated confidentially. We may integrate it into our customer relationship management system or our corporate email to manage the conversation with you. We will not share this contact information with external third parties, except when necessary to resolve your inquiry (for example, if your question requires involving a technical provider, we will inform you and only share what is essential) or by legal obligation. We will retain received communications for the time necessary to handle your request and a reasonable subsequent period, after which we may delete them, except when we must preserve them for legal reasons (e.g., evidence of support provided).
If at any time you want us to delete the conversation we had with you (and the personal data associated with it), please contact us and we will handle your request whenever the law permits.

    Use of Third-Party Services

To provide Let's 0's functionalities, we sometimes need to rely on trusted third-party services. These third parties act as data processors or service providers and process your personal data on our behalf and following our instructions. Below we describe the most relevant third parties with whom we may share some data and the purpose of such interaction:
    • Artificial intelligence services (OpenAI): We may use artificial intelligence tools to process information from your professional profiles and thus generate summaries, descriptions, or recommendations that enrich your portfolio and resume. In particular, we might send fragments of your profile data (for example, your biography, job description, or skills) to OpenAI's API, a service provided by OpenAI, Inc. (USA), to obtain text analysis or content generation. OpenAI will act solely under our instructions and use your data for the sole purpose of providing us with the requested result (for example, a summary of your profile in a paragraph or formatted resume sections). We understand that OpenAI has robust privacy and security measures, and that data sent to their API is not used to train their models nor shared with others, according to the standard configuration of their business service. Still, we will be careful not to send more personal data than necessary for the task. Any processing by OpenAI of your information will be covered by contracts that ensure confidentiality and protection of your data.
    • External social media APIs: In some cases, we might use official APIs from platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, or other networks you link, to obtain information from your profile in a more structured way. For example, if LinkedIn offers an API and you authorize it, we might obtain data such as your current position, experience, education, etc., through that API instead of scraping. The use of these APIs may require your authentication and explicit permission, and will also be governed by the terms and privacy policies of those platforms. We will only access data permitted by you and by the platform itself, and we will use it for the described purposes (create or update your portfolio and/or resume).
    • Automated scraping tools: If an official API is not available or complete, we may use automated tools to extract public data from your web profiles (web scraping). These tools simulate user navigation and collect public information available on the pages you indicated to us. We ensure to respect robots.txt files and the terms of use of third-party sites as much as possible. Information obtained through scraping will be treated with the same care as any other data you entrust to us, and will not exceed what you have made public.
    • Web analytics services: To understand how our platform is used and improve it, we may resort to services like Google Analytics or other similar providers. These services collect information such as your IP address, device type, referring page, time on site, etc., through cookies or web beacons. Information provided by these tools is usually aggregated and does not directly identify you (Google Analytics, for example, can anonymize your IP). These third parties may be located in different countries and have their own privacy policies, but we only use them after evaluating that they offer adequate data protection guarantees. In our cookie policy we will specify, where applicable, what analytics tools we use and how you can opt out of being tracked by them (e.g., through the Google Analytics opt-out add-on).
In all cases of third-party use, we contractually require these providers to protect the confidentiality of your data and treat it in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We will not share personal information with any third party outside the cases listed here, except for legal obligation (for example, valid government requirement) or in case of a corporate transaction (such as a merger or acquisition, where data could be transferred to the new owner, which would be duly informed to you). Additionally, we will never sell your personal data to third parties. Any international transfer of your personal data (for example, if a provider is in a different country than yours) will be carried out in compliance with corresponding legal safeguards. In particular, we will ensure that any transfer of data outside your country (for example, outside the EEA if applicable) has an adequate level of protection equivalent to that required by local laws – for example, through the use of standard contracts (Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission) or other recognized legal mechanisms.

    Data Security

We take the security of your personal data very seriously. Therefore, we implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include, among others, encryption of communications through HTTPS, encryption of sensitive data at rest, firewalls and intrusion detection systems, restricted access control to personal information (only authorized and trained Let's 0 personnel can access it under justified need), and internal security and confidentiality policies. We also use secure authentication in our systems; if you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password and access credentials secure.
Although we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In case we identify any security breach that significantly compromises your personal information, we will notify you within the timeframes and conditions required by applicable law, and we will take necessary measures to mitigate the incident. We also recommend that you take precautions in protecting your information when using online services: keep your devices secure, do not share your credentials, and log out after using the platform on public computers, for example.

    Data Retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes established in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. In practical terms:
    • Account, portfolio, and resume data: We will maintain your profile information, portfolio, resume, and account data while you are active in the service. If you decide to delete your portfolio, resume, or close your account, we will initiate the process of deleting your associated personal data. Complete deletion from our systems may occur immediately in some parts (for example, instant unpublishing of your portfolio or resume) and in others after a brief period of time (for example, deletion of backups). We may retain certain minimal data after deletion for legitimate purposes, such as maintaining records that a deletion request was handled, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, or fulfilling legal obligations (for example, transaction records if there were payments, or data necessary to fulfill tax or accounting obligations). In any case, we will strictly limit access and processing of any data retained after deletion to only comply with those legal purposes.
    • Contact data (inquiries): Information you send us through contact forms or email will be retained for the time necessary to manage your inquiry and follow-up. Generally, we might keep these communications for a period of up to 1 year after resolving your case, in case we need to review the history for related future inquiries. After that time, and if there is no reason to retain them, we will delete or anonymize this data.
    • Analytics and cookie data: Data collected through cookies and analytics tools may be retained for variable periods depending on the specific tool and its settings (for example, Google Analytics data may be retained for 14 months or another defined period). We try to configure these services not to retain histories beyond what is necessary. Cookies in your browser each have a defined expiration time; some may be session cookies (deleted when you close the browser), others persistent (lasting days, months, or years depending on their purpose). In our [Cookie Policy] we detail these durations. You can manually delete cookies from your browser at any time, which immediately deletes that data from your device (although our aggregated copies on analytics servers might persist until their term expires).
Once data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or if you request its valid deletion, we will proceed to delete it securely or, if we need to retain it for legal obligations, we will isolate and adequately protect it. In case of anonymized or aggregated data (which no longer identifies you personally), we may retain it for a longer time for statistical or service improvement purposes without prior notice, since such information ceases to be considered personal data.

    Your Rights Over Data

You, as the owner of your personal data, have a series of legal rights regarding it. At Let's 0, we respect and facilitate the exercise of these rights, which include, among others:
    • Right of access: You have the right to request confirmation from us whether we are processing your personal data, and if so, to obtain a copy of that data and information about processing purposes, categories of data involved, recipients to whom they have been communicated, the planned retention period, the existence of your rights, etc. In summary, you can ask us to tell you what data of yours we have stored and the circumstances of processing.
    • Right of rectification: If any of your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right for us to correct or complete it without undue delay. For example, if your name or contact information has changed, we will update our records. In many cases, you can rectify certain data yourself from your account (for example, edit information in your portfolio); for other rectifications, you can contact us directly.
    • Right of erasure (right to be forgotten): You can request that we delete your personal data when, among other reasons, they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, or when you withdraw your consent (and there is no other legal basis to continue processing them), or when you consider that we have processed them unlawfully. This includes your right to delete your portfolio and account from our service; we will comply with your request and delete your personal data except when we are obligated to retain them for a valid legal reason. When erasure is exercised, your data will be deleted from our active systems and, if backup copies exist, they will be deleted from them after the regular backup retention cycle.
    • Right of objection: You have the right to object, at any time, for reasons related to your particular situation, to our processing of your personal data when we base it on legitimate interest (including profiling based on that interest). If you present an objection, we will stop processing your data for those purposes, unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate reasons to continue (for example, a legal obligation or reasons that prevail over your interests, rights, and freedoms). In the context of direct marketing, if at any time you prefer that we not use your data to send you commercial communications or to personalize ads, you can object and we will respect it immediately (for example, by unsubscribing from a newsletter, or disabling marketing cookies).
    • Right to restriction of processing: This right allows you to request that we mark your personal data so that, for a time, we do not process it except for very limited specific purposes. It is applicable, for example, when you dispute the accuracy of your data (while we verify its accuracy), or when you have objected to processing (while we verify if our legitimate reasons prevail), or if the processing were unlawful but you prefer that we restrict them instead of deleting them.
    • Right to data portability: In cases where we process your data automatically based on your consent or a contract, you have the right to receive a copy of that data in a structured format, commonly used and machine-readable, to be able to transfer it to another provider if you so wish. When technically possible, and if you request it, we might even transfer the data directly to the new controller you indicate to us. This right allows you to port your data between services easily.
To exercise any of these rights, you can contact us through the information provided in the Contact section below. We will handle your request as soon as possible and, in any case, within the timeframes established by law (generally, 30 extendable days). We will ask for the necessary information to verify your identity before handling a rights exercise request, this in order to protect your privacy (for example, it might be necessary for you to write to us from the email address associated with your Let's 0 account, or provide some identification if required). Exercising your rights is free, unless it involves unfounded or excessive requests (for example, repetitive), in which case we might charge a reasonable amount or refuse to act, explaining the reasons.
Likewise, if you believe we have violated your data protection rights, we invite you to communicate this to us to try to resolve it in good faith. However, you also have the right to file a complaint with the competent data protection authority in your country or region (for example, with the Spanish Data Protection Agency – AEPD, if you are in Spain, or another relevant body according to your jurisdiction).

    Minors

Let's 0 is directed at professionals and adult users. We do not deliberately collect personal information from minors under 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in the applicable jurisdiction, such as 16 years in the European Union) without verifiable consent from their parents or guardians. If you are under that age, please do not use the platform or provide us with personal data. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor without authorization, we will take measures to delete such data from our records. If you are a parent or guardian and suspect that your minor child has provided us with data, contact us immediately so we can take necessary measures.

    International Transfers

Let's 0 is a globally accessible platform, and some of our service providers may be located in countries different from yours. For example, we might host data in data centers outside your country, or as mentioned, use OpenAI's API whose servers are in the United States. This implies that your personal data might be transferred and processed in countries that perhaps do not offer a level of data protection equivalent to that of your local jurisdiction.
In such cases, we will take measures to ensure that adequate safeguards are applied to the protection of your data, as required by privacy laws. These safeguards may include entering into standard contract clauses approved by the European Commission (or other competent authorities), verification of international certifications (for example, Privacy Shield-type programs if they were in effect, or ISO/SOC 2 certifications from our providers), or sending data only to recipients in countries with official adequacy decisions regarding data protection. Our goal is that, regardless of where your data is processed, it enjoys a level of protection equivalent to what it would have under the laws of your country of origin.
If you want more information about international transfers of your data (for example, knowing which specific countries host your data or what safeguards we use in a particular case), please do not hesitate to contact us.

Remember that you have control over your data and, at any time, you can decide to stop using the platform and exercise your rights for us to stop processing your information.

We strive to maintain an environment of trust, transparency, and compliance with current regulations, so any update to this policy will be clearly communicated and published on our website. Your privacy is important to us, and we are at your disposal for any necessary clarification.

Thank you for trusting Let's 0. Your privacy and the protection of your personal data are our priority.

By using Let's 0, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the collection and use of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy. This policy is GDPR compliant and designed to protect your privacy rights. Last updated: November 2, 2025.
  • Advertising and marketing services: If we carry out digital marketing campaigns, we might use integrations with advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). This could involve the use of pixels or cookies from those platforms on our site to measure ad effectiveness or create custom audiences. For example, we might share in an encrypted way a list of registered user emails with a social media platform to look for similar profiles and show targeted Let's 0 advertising. In these cases, the information is used solely for Let's 0 marketing purposes and under the security mechanisms of those platforms (normally aggregated or pseudonymized data). We do not sell your personal data to advertisers nor allow third parties to use it for their own commercial purposes without your consent. Any sharing for advertising will be done within the limits permitted by law and, when required, we will request your prior authorization (for example, through marketing cookie settings).
  • Hosting and database provider: Let's 0 may operate on third-party infrastructure (for example, web hosting or cloud services, such as AWS, Azure, etc.). This means that your data (including your portfolio, resume content, and account information) is stored on servers managed by those infrastructure providers. We choose leading providers that implement high security and compliance standards, and we maintain data protection contracts with them. Your data remains under our control and these providers do not access or use it for their own purposes; they simply store or process it following our technical instructions.
  • Right to withdraw consent: Already mentioned above, if we are processing any of your data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. This includes, for example, your right to change your mind regarding allowing us to access your social media profile or use tracking cookies. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of processing performed previously, but it means we will stop processing your data going forward for the purposes to which the withdrawn consent referred.
